Here are some basic FAQ's to help when the team is away!


Question: When is payment due for the NFL Pools?

Answer: Payment is due on 9/19.


Question: When is payment due for the College Football Season?

Answer: Payment is due on 9/14


Question: What happens if I do not pay for my pool?

Answer: Your pool will be locked and you and your members will not have access to the pool until the Commissioner pays the pool hosting fee


Question: Does the payment cover week-to-week or is it entire season?

Answer: The pool hosting fee covers the entire season


Question: How do I add ANOTHER ENTRY?

Answer: Go to MY PICKS > Select: Create Another Entry


Question: How do I RENAME my Entry?

Answer: Go to MY PICKS > Options > Rename Entry


Question: I created to my entries in my account, how do I DELETE an entry?

Answer: Go to MY PICKS > Options > Delete Entry

Question: I do not receive my "password reset email", whats going on?

Answer: Please make sure your VPN is OFF - A VPN will block the email from coming through


Question: I'm receiving an UNKNOWN ERROR when trying to login?

Answer:

  1. Please make sure your VPN is OFF

  2. No Ad-Blockers

  3. No Restricted Wifi

  4. Browser to up-to-date

  5. Clear your browser cookies & cache


Question: Some of my College Football Games are NOT Showing up on my picksheet?

Answer: Make sure in commissioner console > pool settings > pick settings> your EXCLUDE FCS games is toggled OFF


Question: When will NFL Spreads be released?

Answer: Spreads are usually released Tuesday Mornings


Question: I need help joining a pool, what do I do?

Answer: Since most pools are private, you will need to reach out to that pool commissioner and ask them to send you their INVITE link to join their pool


Question: Do you charge a fee for starting a pool? Are prices different than last year?

Answer: Yes, we charge a fee for you to host a pool on our site and yes, we updated our prices last season.

Question: How do I reset/reactivate my pool on the website?

Answer: You will go to your dashboard > click RESTART next to pool you want to reactivate for the upcoming season > enter in your State or Other (Other countries) > select RYP option > you are all set!


Question: How do I reset/reactivate my pool on the APP?

Answer: You will go to your dashboard > click CONFIRM next to the pool you want to reactivate for the upcoming season. If you DO NOT see the confirm button, please make sure the have the latest (newest version of the app)


Question: Why am I being overcharged for entries without picks?

Answer: Our system counts every entry (with picks/without picks), so if you do not want to pay for members that did not make picks - Please make sure to delete those picks.

Go to your commissioner console > member management > click "EDIT" next to a members account that has "Entries with Picks = 0" and then go to options to delete entry.


Question: How do I rename my entry name?

Answer: Go to YOUR PICKS > options(3 dots) rename entry
