Question: I’m receiving an “Unknown Error” when trying to login to my account, I also cannot reset my password. What’s going on?
Answer: This is because your VPN; once you turn your VPN off, you will be able to login successfully to your account
Question: Why is my pool locked? Myself and my members cannot get in to make picks.
Answer: This is because payment has not been made yet, once payment has been made, your pool will be unlocked and accessible. Click here to view our pricing page!
Question: When can I set up or reset my NFL pool? My NFL pool from last season is still showing stats from last year, how do I get this fixed?
Answer: July 9th is when RYP/OFP will be available for you to create or reset your NFL pool
Question: I cannot login to my pool or reset my password.
Answer: Please clear your browser cache + browser cookies. Lastly, check that your VPN is OFF
Question: When is the payment due date for my EURO Cup pool?
Answer: If you did not add the group stage in your pool, the knockout stage payment deadline is due 1 week after the knockout stage pick deadline.
Question: Where can I add my own image/brand to the pool, I’m not seeing that as an option?
Answer: Since our brand unification went live, our engineering team is currently working on implementing this feature back into the commissioner console. This will be available soon!
Question: Where can I reset my MLB pool? We have finished and we want to run another one.
Answer: If you go to Reports > Leaderboard > Restart Pool:
Question: Can I edit the credits for the Olympics format? Also, does this cost money?
Answer: No, the format is built for 350 credits only. There is a fee associated with all of our RYP Pools now. Here is our pricing page to learn more.
