We’ve put together this helpful FAQ sheet to assist you with any questions you may have. We hope this will be a useful resource for you!


Q: I’m receiving an “Unknown Error” when trying to log in to my account, and I also cannot reset my password. What’s going on?
A: This is likely caused by your VPN. Please turn off your VPN, and you should be able to log in successfully.


Q: Why is my pool locked? My members and I cannot get in to make picks.
A: This usually happens when payment has not yet been made. Once your pool’s hosting fee is paid, your pool will be unlocked and fully accessible.


Q: When can I set up or reset my NFL pool? My NFL pool from last season still shows stats from last year.
A: You’ll be able to create or reset your NFL pool starting on July 9th, when RYP/OFP reopens for the new season.


Q: I still cannot log in or reset my password.
A: Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, and ensure your VPN is turned off.


Q: When is the payment due date for my EURO Cup pool?
A: If you did not include the group stage in your pool, payment for the knockout stage is due one week after the knockout stage pick deadline.


Q: Where can I add my own image or branding to the pool? I don’t see this option.
A: Following our brand unification, our engineering team is working on adding this feature back to the commissioner console. It will be available soon!


Q: Where can I reset my MLB pool? We’ve finished the season and want to start a new one.
A: You can reset your MLB pool by going to Reports > Leaderboard > Restart Pool.


Q: Can I edit the credits for the Olympics format? Also, is there a cost?
A: No, the Olympics format is fixed at 350 credits per roster. There is a fee to run all RYP pools.
