Here are answers to the most common questions to assist you when our support team is unavailable.

💳 Payment & Pool Access

Q: When is payment due for the NFL pools?
A: Payment is due by September 19.

Q: When is payment due for the College Football pools?
A: Payment is due by September 14.

Q: What happens if I don’t pay for my pool?
A: Your pool will be locked, and neither you nor your members will have access until the commissioner pays the pool hosting fee.

Q: Does the payment cover the full season or just week-to-week?
A: The hosting fee covers the entire season—no recurring weekly charges.


Entry Management

Q: How do I add another entry?
A: Go to My Picks > Select "Create Another Entry."

Q: How do I rename my entry?
A: Go to My Picks > Options (three dots) > Rename Entry.

Q: How do I delete an entry I created by mistake?
A: Go to My Picks > Options (three dots) > Delete Entry.


🔐 Account Access & Troubleshooting

Q: I’m not receiving my password reset email—what should I do?
A:

  • Ensure your VPN is turned off

  • Check your spam/junk folder

  • Use a personal email, not a restricted work email

Q: I'm getting an "Unknown Error" when logging in—how can I fix this?
A:

  • Turn off VPN

  • Disable ad blockers

  • Avoid restricted Wi-Fi networks

  • Ensure your browser is up to date

  • Clear cookies and cache in your browser


🏈 NFL & College Football Picks

Q: Some college football games are missing from the pick sheet—why?
A: Check your settings:
Go to Commissioner Console > Pool Settings > Pick Settings, and make sure “Exclude FCS Games” is toggled OFF.

Q: When are NFL spreads released?
A: NFL point spreads are typically posted on Tuesday mornings.


🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Joining & Managing Pools

Q: How do I join a pool?
A: Since most pools are private, you’ll need to ask the pool commissioner to send you an invite link.

Q: Do you charge a fee to start a pool? Are prices different from last year?
A: Yes, there is a hosting fee to start a pool. Pricing was updated last season.

🔄 Resetting or Reactivating Pools

Q: How do I reset/reactivate my pool on the website?
A:

  • Go to your Dashboard

  • Click Restart next to your pool

  • Enter your State or “Other” (for international)

  • Select the RunYourPool option

  • You’re all set!

Q: How do I reset/reactivate my pool in the app?
A:

  • Open the app and go to your Dashboard

  • Tap Confirm next to the pool you'd like to reactivate

If you don't see the confirm button, make sure you're using the latest app version.


🚫 Managing Unused Entries

Q: Why am I being charged for entries with no picks?
A: Charges are based on total entries created, whether or not picks were made.
To avoid paying for unused entries:
Go to Commissioner Console > Member Management

  • Click Edit next to the entry showing "Entries with Picks = 0"

  • Click the three dots to Delete the Entry
