Q: Do you offer or can you make a COPA America Pool format?

A: No. We understand you are looking for a new format for you and your members that we currently do not have, and we truly wish we could fulfill it. However, our engineering team is not equipped to handle such a task and it would require a significant amount of coding work. We want to assist you in any way we can, but unfortunately, creating a new format is not within our capabilities at this time.

Please know that we have carefully selected the formats available on our site based on their popularity and effectiveness for all users. We want to ensure that everyone has a positive experience with our platform. Additionally, we are unable to make edits to our current formats as they are accessible to all RYP users.

We do have the ability for commissioners to create a "Custom" pool which houses a Q & A and Bracket format. With our custom formats, the commissioner will need to manually enter teams, points, scoring and etc.

We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will continue to utilize our existing formats, which have been proven to generate high volume and are loved by our RYP users.
