When you are signing into your RYP account and you are entering the correct email and password but you are not successful when trying to login and you receive this error screen below:
This means that your VPN is on, and needs to be turned off. Once your VPN is OFF on your cellular device and or computer, you will be able to enter in your login information and then have access to your account.
