Receiving Login Error

We apologize for any inconvenience you and or your members may be experiencing with logging into your RYP account regarding our recent update.

In order to assist you better, could you kindly review the following bullet points. These are some settings that may potentially be causing issues with your login experience.

1. Ad blockers: Ad blockers can sometimes restrict apps from accessing a user's location. We recommend temporarily disabling any ad blockers you may have installed.

2. VPN: If you are using a VPN, it may show a different location and prevent you from logging in. Please disconnect from the VPN while using Splash. (Note: this may also prevent you from receiving a password reset email)

3. Auto-fill: Please ensure that your autofill feature is turned off and manually enter your information to ensure accuracy.

4. Secured WiFi network: Some secured WiFi networks can cause issues with location verification. We suggest not using them while using Splash.

5. Browser data: Double check your browser settings to make sure your desktop or mobile browser is allowed to access your location. We have found that Google Chrome works best for this.

6. Try another device: Sometimes, location issues can be resolved by trying to log in on a different device. If you haven't already, we recommend giving this a try as well.
