Receiving Login Error

We apologize for any inconvenience you or your members may be experiencing with logging into your RYP account after our recent update.

To help resolve this, please review the following suggestions, as these settings can sometimes affect your login:

Ad Blockers
Ad blockers can interfere with app functionality. Please try temporarily disabling them.

VPN
If you’re using a VPN, it may display a different location and prevent login. Disconnect your VPN while accessing RYP. (Note: a VPN may also block password reset emails.)

Auto-fill
Disable your browser’s auto-fill and manually enter your login information to ensure accuracy.

Secured WiFi Networks
Some secured WiFi networks may interfere with location verification. Consider switching to a standard network.

Browser Data & Location Settings
Ensure your browser has permission to access your location. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.

Try a Different Device
If issues persist, please try logging in on another device.
