Why Clear Cache and Cookies?

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies is an important first step for troubleshooting. The cache helps your browser load pages faster by storing temporary files, but sometimes these files conflict with updated website code.

Clearing the cache and cookies ensures you’re loading the most current version of the site and prevents browser-related issues.

Keyboard Shortcut for Most Browsers

If you use Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox, you can quickly open the clear cache window by pressing:

Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows)
or
Command + Shift + Delete (Mac)

IMPORTANT: After clearing the cache and cookies, make sure to completely close and restart your browser.
