To delete a pool where you are the pool commissioner, log in with your commissioner username and password. Click on your name on the top right and go to your Pool Memberships page by clicking "View All" next to your recently viewed pools.

Next, click the 3 dots for Options -> Delete next to the pool you wish to delete. Please be aware that deleting in permanent, so if you aren't sure, you may wish to Archive your pool instead.
