I’m the Pool Commissioner, and Members Can’t Join My Pool Because It Is Archived. What Should I Do?

If you accidentally archived your pool, you can easily unarchive it:

  1. Log into your commissioner account

  2. Click the Pool Memberships link at the top right of the site

  3. Scroll down to expand your archived memberships at the bottom of the list

  4. Click Options next to the archived pool

  5. Select Unarchive

Your pool will then be active again, and members will be able to join.
