You can edit any picks of members in your pool by going to your Commissioner Console -> Member Pick Maintenance. You can select their name in the drop down, go to edit, and then select/reselect the picks.

If you need to see a record of their deleted picks, you can find it under Reports -> Commissioner Pick Modifications by clicking the 'View Pick History' link next to the member in question.
