General Question – Do I Pay Only for Completed Entries?

Q: I had 34 entries for the Masters, but only 33 had picks. Will I only be charged for entries with picks?

A: Our system charges based on the total number of entries, regardless of whether they are completed with picks. To avoid being charged for blank or empty entries, we highly recommend that you delete them before submitting payment.

To remove blank entries:

  1. Go to your Commissioner Console

  2. Click on Member Management

  3. Select "Edit" next to any member listed with # Entries with Picks = 0

  4. Click Manage Entries and Picks

  5. Use the three dots (Options) to select Delete Entry

This will ensure you’re only paying for entries that contain picks.
