Q: How do I change my entry name?
A: Navigate to your Pool Memberships page. Click into the pool, then go to the Your Picks tab and click the “rename” link next to your entry.


Q: Is there a cost to run a College Football Pick’em pool?
A: Yes, there is a hosting fee based on the number of entries. You can view pricing details here: RunYourPool Pricing Page


Q: What is the tie-breaker?
A: The tie-breaker is the combined point total of the last scheduled game on the pick sheet. The closest prediction (over or under) wins the tiebreak.


Q: Can members change their picks after submission?
A: Picks can be changed up until the pool's deadline. After the deadline passes, only the pool commissioner can make changes.


Q: Can I add picks for a member after the deadline?
A: Yes, commissioners can go to Commissioner Console > Member Pick Maintenance, select the member, and manually add or change picks.


Q: How often are standings and reports updated?
A: Standings are usually updated within minutes after a game concludes, though delays may occur depending on data availability.


Q: Can I include FCS games in my pick sheet?
A: Yes, commissioners can toggle this setting under Commissioner Console > Pool Settings > Pick Settings > Include FCS games.


Q: Can I see pool results from previous years?
A: Yes. Go to Reports > Pool History to view past results and performance.
