A: Entry names can be changed on your Entries page within the pool.
Go to your Pool Memberships page → Click into the pool → Go to the Your Picks tab → Click Rename next to the entry you'd like to change.
Q: How is the National Championship game handled?
A: Since the teams in the championship game are not initially known, members will make a provisional pick between their selected semifinal winners.
If you want members to re-pick once the final matchup is known, update the pick deadline under Pool Settings → Pick Settings → adjust the deadline for the championship game.
Q: When are the standings (and other reports) updated?
A: Standings typically update within minutes after each game ends. However, exact timing can vary slightly due to data availability.
Q: Can I add a member’s pick for them after the pick deadline?
A: Yes. Here’s how:
If the member hasn’t joined yet, go to Commissioner Console → Member Management → Add Member.
Then go to Commissioner Console → Member Pick Maintenance.
Select the member and enter/edit their picks.
Q: How is a tie determined?
A: The tiebreaker is based on the combined point total of the last game listed on the pick sheet. The winner is the entry with the guess closest to the actual total, regardless of whether they were over or under.
