In order to offer/remove mulligans you can go to Commissioner Console --> Issue Mulligans. From there you can make any changes you need in regards to this feature.

The feature will allow you to offer mulligans or remove mulligans for members from the current week or past weeks (will need to retroactively add in picks in Member Pick Maintenance before going to earlier weeks)
