Only commissioners have access to assign Squares to GUESTS.

Once you are on your grid of choice, you will click a specific square you would like to assign that member.

From there, you will see this pop-up below, you will select option #2 and enter the guests name.

After you enter the guest's name, it will populate on the grid.
