Q: My problem is that people cannot get in to the pool to make their picks. They receive please include your Legacy ID? I have no idea what the legacy id is.
A: RYP use to go by legacy ID/Password, we have found a simpler and easier way for members to join your pool.
You will go to your commissioner console > invite instructions > select "new member" (works for new and old members) and copy the link > send it out to your members.
