Q: What is your refund policy?
A: For most pools, payment isn't required until after the event associated with your pool starts, so if you aren't 100% sure you'll be running it, please wait to pay. Once you submit payment, all sales are final (no refunds), however in rare circumstances a website credit may be issued.
