Q: What is your refund policy?
A: For most pools, payment is not required until after the associated event begins. If you're unsure about running your pool, we recommend waiting to pay.

Once payment is submitted, all sales are final, and refunds are not issued. However, in rare cases, a website credit may be granted at our discretion.
