If a member of your pool is having trouble signing into their RYP account, follow these steps:
✅ Step 1: Verify their email address
Go to Commissioner Console → Member Management
Find the member’s name and confirm they are using the correct email address associated with their account
✅ Step 2: Send them a password reset
Click the pencil (edit) icon next to their name
On the member info page, click "Click Here" to send them a password reset link
✅ Step 3: Still having issues?
If your member is still unable to log in after these steps, please have them reach out directly to support@runyourpool.com, and our team will be happy to help reset their password manually.
