What should I do if my members can't log in?

If a member of your pool is having trouble signing into their RYP account, follow these steps:

Step 1: Verify their email address

  • Go to Commissioner Console → Member Management

  • Find the member’s name and confirm they are using the correct email address associated with their account

Step 2: Send them a password reset

  • Click the pencil (edit) icon next to their name

  • On the member info page, click "Click Here" to send them a password reset link

Step 3: Still having issues?


If your member is still unable to log in after these steps, please have them reach out directly to support@runyourpool.com, and our team will be happy to help reset their password manually.
