How to Separate Users Who Share an Email

For commissioners managing accounts with shared emails but unique usernames, follow these steps to recover and separate accounts:

1️⃣ Transition Accounts to Email Login

  • Sign in and, if you haven’t already, transition your account from Username to Email. (You can find detailed steps here).

2️⃣ View All Pools

  • Click View All under your account to see a list of your pools.

3️⃣ Identify the Pool

  • Find the pool that includes the members sharing your email address with their unique usernames.

4️⃣ Access Member Management

  • Go to your Commissioner Console → Member Management

  • Locate all accounts tied to your shared email.

5️⃣ Update Emails Individually

  • Click into each member’s account

  • Update their email to a unique address

  • Send a reset password link to that updated email
