For commissioners managing accounts with shared emails but unique usernames, follow these steps to recover and separate accounts:
1️⃣ Transition Accounts to Email Login
Sign in and, if you haven’t already, transition your account from Username to Email. (You can find detailed steps here).
2️⃣ View All Pools
Click View All under your account to see a list of your pools.
3️⃣ Identify the Pool
Find the pool that includes the members sharing your email address with their unique usernames.
4️⃣ Access Member Management
Go to your Commissioner Console → Member Management
Locate all accounts tied to your shared email.
5️⃣ Update Emails Individually
Click into each member’s account
Update their email to a unique address
Send a reset password link to that updated email
