1) Sign in and if you haven't already, transition your account from Username To Email (you can find the steps here).
2) Go to "View All" in your account to see your pools.
3) Find the pool that includes the members who share your email with their username.
4) Click Member Management (in the commissioner console) to locate all the accounts with your email.
5) Click into each account individually and update their email and send a reset password link.
