As the commissioner of the pool, you have the ability to edit the value (weight) of each game on the picksheet. You also have the ability to include/exclude games as well (besides the Playoffs/National Championship Games).

You will go to your commissioner console > pool settings > game/point assignments > edit games:

From there, you will be able to include/exclude games and update the value for each game:

Once you are done editing your picksheet, you will want to save your changes:
