NFL Pick'em: How Does it Work?

Our NFL Pick'Em pool format is arguably our most traditional football pool, with the option to pick against the spread or straight-up. Even though this format is basic, it can still be very difficult for someone running the football pool to keep up with gathering the picks and calculating standings manually. That is where we come in.

How does it work?

The commissioner (owner in charge of creating the pool) will invite members to their pool by going to their commissioner console > invite instructions > new member > copy link and then you will send that specific link to that pool out to your members.

Once your members click that link, they will JOIN your pool and will be able to then make picks under YOUR PICKS.

Your members will pick NFL games each week. Picks can be made against the point spread or straight-up without it depending on what the commissioner sets up in pool settings which can be found under the commissioner console. If you go with the spreads, you can choose to use our point spreads or enter your own each week. If you have RYP enter in point spreads, the point spreads will be available on Tuesday mornings. Once our team has entered in the spreads, the lines DO NOT MOVE.

  • Optional 'Monday Night Football' tiebreaker of total combined points.

For each correct pick during the regular season, members receive one point (customizable based on what the commissioner has it to be in pool settings).
