Why can't members enter my pool?

Check your "Prevent New Entries" setting.

If your members are unable to join your pool through the invite link, you may have turned on 'prevent new entries' which prevents new members from joining the pool.

To accept new entries, you will need to turn off the "prevent new entries" option. You can find this in the commissioner console --> pool settings --> basic settings.

Once this is toggled off, members can then enter the pool.
