My Survivor Revival Pool Won’t Let Members In or Make Picks — Why?

This can happen in most pools, including Survivor or Pick ’Em formats.

Typically, this issue occurs because the starting week in your Pool Settings has already begun (meaning the pick deadline has passed, or games are in progress or finished).

How to check and fix this:

  • Go to Commissioner Console → Pool Settings → Pick and Scoring Settings

  • Verify the selected start week

  • If it is set to the current or a past week, update it to the correct upcoming week
