Typically, this issue occurs because the starting week in your Pool Settings has already begun (meaning the pick deadline has passed, or games are in progress or finished).
✅ How to check and fix this:
Go to Commissioner Console → Pool Settings → Pick and Scoring Settings
Verify the selected start week
If it is set to the current or a past week, update it to the correct upcoming week
