If a member of your pool is having trouble signing into their RYP account, you’ll first want to verify they’re using the correct email address associated with their account. To check this, simply navigate to commissioner console > member management, and find their name and email address.
Once you've confirmed that they're using the correct email address to sign in, you can send them a password reset by clicking on the pencil icon to the far right of their name and email address and select 'Click Here' on the member info page.
After following the above steps, if your member is still having issues with signing in, please
have them reach out to us at support@runyourpool.com and we'll be happy to reset their password manually.
