In order to pull the reports/Leaderboard you are looking for, you can go to

Reports --> Pool Week-by-Week and then pull a week range.

This will allow you to pull the data you want as well as hanging on to the previous weeks leaderboard.

RYP currently does not reset active pools, you would need to create a new pool and add the members if you want to completely restart.
